بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ تَبَّتْ يَدَ أَبِى لَهَبتََّ﴿١﴾

The power of Abu Lahab will perish, and he will perish

مَ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُ وَمَا كَسََ﴿٢﴾

His wealth and gains will not exempt him

سَيَصْلَىٰ نَاراتَ لَهٍَ﴿٣﴾

He will be plunged in flaming Fire

وَمْرَأَتُهُ حَالَةَ لْحَطَِ﴿٤﴾

And his wife, the wood-carrier

فِى جِيدِهَا حَلسٍَۭ﴿٥﴾

Will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre
